In collaboration with the Northeast Regional Interdepartmental Team the Youth at Risk Initiative has formed a webpage that stores information and forms of the major state agencies and programs. The Northeast Interdepartmental Team that has been meeting for several years with the goal of furthering communication and training among agencies regarding casework practices especially as they relate to low incidence cases in danger of falling through the cracks in the system.
